            The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line two, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: with the following amendments:

            On page four, section 5.4 after the words “under the” by striking out the word “direct” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “personal”.
